TOOLSTATION HEERHUGOWAARD Bought a new (broken) boiler, leakage after installation and direct contact with tool station. Must be forwarded to plieger and 5 weeks waiting time! Exchange for a properly functioning one is not possible due to agreements with Plieger. Bad service!!! Understand that it needs to be examined after a few weeks, but not after 1 day. The tool station employee calls the manager and clearly states that I am a "Bouncing" customer. This "bouncing" customer receives a new boiler, which is only normal after 1 day. Appointments after a few weeks: okay, but if you buy a broken device you can expect better service! Edit: asking for an email under my review, while the situation as described above was also communicated via email (= boiler must be sent). And the same story by telephone, so sending ANOTHER email makes no sense. In addition, I now have a new boiler, so I am no longer interested in a solution.
